If you were healthy and not already full infected, he'll let you go and you'll have a speed burst as per a normal hit, but what's happening in the bug is the hit is 'registering' because the survivor gets infected, but the full animation doesn't play, and the survivor doesn't get injured.But for everyone who unironically thinks pinhead is op: His power has the worst combination of hard to use for a worthless pay off. He is outclassed by clown. That is all that needs to be said honestly. A clown bottle is a better antiloop tool than his chains and way way easier to use.
