The problem in my community i would like to focus on would be the border violence happening about a mile away from me, maybe even less. The reason for my interest in this topic is not only due to the massive range of cartels or lack of justice, but for the innocent lives being taken…Many people were experiencing enhanced levels of stress and a small number were severely distressed and experiencing grief-like symptoms. Relationship problems were also frequently reported. The main cause of stress was the decline of the community, including the loss of neighbours and friends and uncertainty about the future.
